. Deliver a Unified Data Platform
. Implementing Customer and Contract Master, Product and Pricing Master
. Enable Customer Insight Platform
. Publish and Subscribe Data for Artificial Intelligence/Business Intelligence use cases
. Lead and guide team members to deliver data related projects on time and on budget.
. Ingest, Curate, and orchestrate data for data consumer
. Review data mapping, design and technical documentation.PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as the technology evangelist to develop integrated solutions that demonstrate business value.
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand business priorities and optimize IT strategies to support them. Scope to include full lifecycle, from approach strategy, architecture design, solution development, through installation and deployment.
  • Design, develop and implement effective extract, transform and loading (ETL/ELT) based on data needs along with database solutions and models to be able to store and serve the data accordingly.
  • Perform assessments/gap analysis of current technology landscape and identify high impact areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to deliver transformation roadmaps, optimization and standardization strategies.
  • Review data mapping, design and technical documentation.
  • Lead and enable data team members to gain new skillset and apply the skillset for deliverables.

JOB SPECIFICATION:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis or relevant studies.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years of in-depth experience in information system design and implementing information solutions.
  • 2+ years with in-depth technical knowledge/expertise in SQL, Scala, Python and Spark and tools for example Databricks.
  • Experience of joining a newly established team within a large multi-national enterprise.
  • Experience dealing and delivering to executive stakeholders.
  • Experience of working with junior engineers, data architects and business colleagues.
  • Experience of working in an innovative team.
  • Experience of working in an Agile way, following methods such as Scrum and/or Kanban.
  • Must have knowledge of Azure and it's data capabilities, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, etc.
  • Must Have knowledge on data management principles and methods.
  • Able to solve complex technical queries to help the wider team and build knowledge base.
  • Holds analytics teammates to high quality standards with QA support and feedback to ensure ways of working are adhered to.
  • Nice to have Knowledge on core modern cloud components from Containers, Databases, Functions etc. in GCP & Azure.
