The Role Responsibilities


  • Responsible for all reporting and analytics for Enterprise Technology Risk & Control and the ET control metric automation initiative in collaboration with other stakeholders. This will include coordination with various stakeholders within ET as required. Additionally, required to assist with documentation and other data analytics execution tasks as required by the team


  • This role reports to the relevant Unit Operational Risk Manager within T&I Risk & Controls. Primary role is focused on executing the domain strategy as well as supporting the larger environment agenda of T&I


  • This role will support data and analytics for all Enterprise Architecture, Strategy & Transformation processes

  • This role is an individual contributor role.

  • Not applicable beyond the standard requirement to apply a risk mindset to all activities and to share where they have suggestions for improvements or see issues that require attention.


  • This role is expected to upkeep all governance requirements as applicable to the domain.

  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.   • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Key Stakeholders

  • Key stakeholders include Enterprise Technology, CSS, GOR, CISRO and other T&I UORMs and ORMs. In addition, the role will be required to liaison with the broader community of technologists within T&I to help advocate the mission of the domain.

Other Responsibilities

  • Support ad-hoc tactical and strategic risk initiatives to meet business and operational demands through thoughtful leadership or partnership.

Our Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate should come from a Technology or Operations background and have a clear grasp on reporting, have intermediate data analytics on operational datasets experience, intermediate presentation, and reporting abilities and able to articulate clearly and concisely. In addition, the successful candidate will need to be highly organized, have a keen attention to detail and a willingness to proactively engage a diverse set of stakeholders to ensure that all deliverables are provided on time.
