Functional
  • Provide analytical insights for Management, Marketing, Data Governance Research, Middle Office and Group IT
  • Execute data analytics related Project and Research to provide insight for management decision making
  • Lead in the development and application of scorecards, pricing elasticity models, propensity models, CHAID analysis, cluster and regression statistical tools on different initiatives including self-learning and responsive algorithms (machine learning)
  • Part of the enabler team to develop and identify new data source, create use case and publishing the analytics content
  • Productionize and automate feature engineering efforts in machine learning pipelines to ensure the level of robust prediction model over times
  • Assisting in identifying, designing documentation and maintaining the required structure, resources and responsible for critical activity for ongoing Data Governance

Education/Qualification
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Actuarial studies, Banking/Finance/Economics, Business, Marketing, Mathematics/Statistics or related disciplines
  • Proficient in SAS Programming, Enterprise Guide, SQL and MS Excel, Data warehouse and enterprise BI solutions such as Tableau
  • Strong coding and analytical skills, highly numerate and proactive
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill

Experience
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Exposure to statistical modelling such as decision tree tools like CHAID or Logistic Regression is highly desirable
  • Coding skill in SAS or SQL or in other BI and statistical programs
