  • Prepare communications to drive awareness of Hong Leong Connect services and features
  • Run marketing campaigns to:
    • drive acquisition and usage of Hong Leong Connect
    • online product acquisition within / (
  • Write business paper to propose and seek approval for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Works with AEM and UIUX team to ensure the user experience for Connect onboarding, product acquisition and Connect transaction is optimal for customers.
  • Ensure digital journey for existing and new services/features are tagged with Adobe and/ or Google Analytics tagging to ensure the team is able to track and monitor performance and make decisions on enhancement/ fixes required to improve experience or onboarding/acquisition efforts.
  • Work with manager, BIAU and junior team members to prepare weekly, monthly and periodic performance updates & reports for marketing & acquisition activities.
Managerial (team/group responsibilities)
  • Partner and collaborate with various stakeholders such as AEM team, PFS Digital Product Development team, PFS Digital UIUX team, BIAU, etc. to achieve the overall business profitability
Organizational (organizational responsibilities)
  • Support PFS Digital team for content / messages publication in HLB Connect Online and HLB Connect App.
  • To collaborate with various stakeholders and product owners in digital initiatives that will drive product acquisition / onboarding or improve process within / / HLB Connect
