Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop digital growth strategies across Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, and Cambodia to drive towards our KPI's of increasing digital adoption and digital usage
  • Create and manage digital commercial plans, outlining over a 2-3 year horizon our target performance across our key digital metrics. Frequent performance reporting and in depth commentary on the key variables that are hindering / driving incremental metrics (e.g. evaluation of campaigns and their impact on driving mobile transactions)
  • Outline a number of key initiatives to help deliver our commercial targets and lead in the production and deployment of these activities. This could range from marketing and promotional activity, to developing strategic partners, or tactical improvements to positioning of everyday services
  • Frequent engagement with BIAU (performance insights) to support the development of rich analytical data to help inform the business on performance. Highlighting potential relationships between data points, and impacts specific performance activity is creating against our strategic KPIs
  • Engaging with Proposition Managers, and Digital regional heads to develop compelling marketing and launch strategies for new products and services
  • Liaising with the Research & Insights team to continuously evaluate activity that's happening from incumbents, Fintechs, or cross industry that is driving engagement and digital traction with their user base. To identify quick wins, and also to evaluate untapped market opportunity
  • Creating a frequent cross regional forum with the purpose of sharing best practice, leveraging what's been deployed in a specific region elsewhere, and to review and set commercial plans with each of the regional CEOs
  • Work with the regional digital heads in shaping, driving, and evaluating commercial digital performance to supercharge our digital adoption and usage
  • A proven influencer and strong communication skills both with internal functional teams and third party organizations to build commitment around our commercial objectives, and to develop winning partnerships
  • Strong strategic, & analytical skills and executive-level presence and demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment with different cultures and background
  • Demonstrates problem-solving, out of box thinking, and team-building skills in order to develop and execute a commercial strategy to gain a competitive edge in the financial services industry
  • Ability to operate effectively across multiple geographical regions, including market, customer, and competitor awareness, emerging market trends, regional operational improvement and process improvement to support the development of initiatives to achieve our commercial objectives
  • Ability to engage, influence and network actively across a range of stakeholders (internal & external stakeholders)
  • Visionary, collaborative and strategic, but with strong attention to detail and perseverance
