Job Description

Job Description
AirAsia is Asia’s largest low-cost carrier group with over 250 aircraft in operations,
comprising of 9 separate airlines across 6 countries (and growing). At RedCargo we are excited to transform the way air cargo is managed, sold and transported in Southeast Asia because we believe air cargo is 30 years behind its time. We are embracing technology at speed before it disrupts the industry, and us.
International trade is a trillion-dollar business, with air freight representing 35% of the addressable market. In Southeast Asia alone, the total market is US$4B+, with sector growth driven by a once-in-a-generation opportunity; e-commerce penetration. E-commerce fulfillment in itself is already a US$2B+ space, growing 30% per year.
As an operator transporting cargo to over >110 airports across Asia, we are at the frontlines of this large, but unsexy space. This white space motivates us to redefine the way the supply chain
operates, expand our suite of services to get closer to the end-customers, and to build products that empower both small business owners as well as large enterprises.

Over communicate, particularly as we are all quite autonomous;
Take care of our staff, and treat them as we would want to be treated; and
Be rigid on goals, flexible on the details.
OUR WORKING STYLE
Our leaders set the tone and walk the talk. We believe leaders have a special responsibility - we can literally make or break someone’s career. Walk a mile in someone’s shoes before making a
judgement on them. We believe if you want something enough, you can make it happen, and we want to come to work and surround ourselves with people who are that motivated. People that are relentless and who never give up inspire us to be better.
We encourage people that it’s ok to do something different, and that being different can be our
advantage. Being different makes us stand out. We are increasingly in the business of same day delivery and when something can be done immediately, why wait We work fast, and take work home with us sometimes, but we try to be human about where to draw the line.
We are opinionated but we can change our minds often, in light of new information. We believe the best problem solvers and decision makers have strong opinions, but are honest enough to let those go, and mute the ego, for the team. Disagree, and commit.

You will report to the HEAD OF FINANCE.
We are all different - one talent to another - that is how we rely on our differences. At AirAsia, you will be treated fairly and given all chances to be the best.
