Job Descriptions
01) Responsible for day to day HR functions of the Company.
02) To assist in developing, implementing, maintaining and reviewing of company policies, rules and regulations in compliance with all applicable employment and related industry laws, statutes and regulations.
03) To ensure HR policies are effectively communicated and implemented effectively in support of Company's business strategies.
04) To handle and advises Management in disciplinary issues, staff and workers counselling and grievances, terminations and other employee relations matters in compliances with local labor laws.
05) To prepare payroll and comply with requirements of EPF, SOCSO, PCB and etc.
06) Undertake general administrative tasks as required by the Management.
07) In charge of recruitment of local workers.
08) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
09) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure / instruction.
Job Requirements
01) Degree in relevant disciplines or equivalent from reputable universities.
02) At least 5 years working experience in HR.
03) Significant knowledge and experience in HR practices and policies.
04) Knowledge in Malaysia employment legislation.
05) Would be an advantage to have worked in ISO 9001 environment.
