Job Description

Bring your career aspirations to life with AIA!Provide business analysis for Identity and Access Management initiatives
  • Work closely with Business to gather requirements and ensure all requirements are captured and managed
  • Analyze all the gathered requirements and translate the requirements into solution
  • Manage communication between Local Business Unit and Development Team or vendor to deliver the solution according to the agreed timeline and scope
  • Act as the contact person to onboard Business applications to IAM Services
  • Support IAM data activities and contributes to the Continuous Improvement activities to improve identity data quality
  • Review and prepare training materials, process workflow and design documents
  • Manage and coach other member so of IAM analysis team.

  • Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Solid understanding of Sailpoint or similar identity lifecycle and governance solution.
  • Strong technical skills and good understanding of IAM is a MUST
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and presentation skills
  • Sound knowledge of identity management and User Account management processes such as joiners, movers and leavers processes and privileged account management
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, SQL, Advanced Microsoft Excel, data analysis is preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience working as IAM Business Analyst with experience in implementing IAM Solution in complex environment
  • Candidate must have good understanding of IAM best practices in the industry
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
