  • Servicing FIGLC clients on their bonds, FX, derivatives and structured product needs
  • Good network with investment and execution/finance teams of Government Linked Corporates (GLCs)
  • Expand the Bank's presence and brand as a top institutional sales player in the market, translating Sales/Revenue goals into operational KPIs
  • Effectively plan and implement sales, marketing and business development activities and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Always up to date and comply with all relevant regulatory guidelines
  • Maintaining and improving internal controls standards 
Managerial (team/group responsibilities)
  • To ensure compliance of internal and regulatory policies and operating limits for all transactions done
  • To improve all product SOPs and delivery processes
  • Collaborate with structurers to enhance trading and product ideas for institutional clients
  • To develop and raise the skill sets of the team to handle multi-product and currency sales across all regional jurisdictions
  • Ad-hoc involvement in system enhancement and automation projects
Organizational (organizational responsibilities)
  • To manage GM’s regional distribution capability across all branches and work with Group Companies to explore joint business opportunities

Jobholder Requirements
  • A licensed PPKM member and complies with CPD and CPE requirements
  • Minimum university degree in Economics or Finance 

  • 5 -10 years’ experience in similar roles with a wide market network

Special Skills
  • Continuous learning in Fixed Income/ Forex / Derivatives (dealing and broking)
  • Familiar with workflow of treasury systems (eg murex)
  • Strong in basic Bloomberg and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Ppt)
  • Pleasant personality, proactive, independent, strong team player and have great attitude
