Work you will do
When it's time to reinvent how the wheels turn in your organization-to react, innovate and reconfigure your business, our Operations Transformation professionals deep sector knowledge, coupled with our operational and technical expertise, bring your strategy to life in delivering lower-cost, more effective and fit-for-the-future operations that underpin profitable growth. We plan and deploy game-changing cognitive and digital technology to reduce costs, maximize efficiency and benefit from innovative and emerging business models.
You will work within our Operations Transformation practice to support our clients in their strategic cost transformation journey. Your primary function will be to identify and implement opportunities for productivity enhancements and structurally transform our client's cost structure in core business areas. You will be provided the opportunity to:
  • Diagnose complex business problems in Heart of the Business topics and identify root causes exercising strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Identify and bring innovative approaches and ideas to our clients - specifically with the objective of cost optimization and transformation
  • Design solutions by scoping client's transformation programs, defining key requirements, and securing buy-in with key business leaders and stakeholders within the client organization
  • Implementing these solutions to ensure we are driving and capturing true business value for our client

Day to day activities will include:
  • Leading teams and clients in a collaborative environment to ensure delivery and execution of our projects
  • Being a thought leader, offering knowledge and expertise to solve client issues
  • Facilitating team problem solving efforts
  • Conducting relevant research, data analysis, and creating reports
  • Maintaining responsibility for completion and accuracy of deliverables
  • Communicating findings to senior stakeholders at our clients
  • Assisting in proposal development, as requested.
  • Actively expanding your consulting skillset and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients

Enough about us, let's talk about you
You are someone with:
  • Tertiary qualification in a business, supply chain or finance discipline with a well ranked institution and/or currently enrolled in a MBA program.
  • 8 - 10 years and above of professional experience in a strategic management, transformation or consulting role
  • Good experience leading business model design and implementation in areas of Cost transformation projects / Operational Excellence (Opex), productivity and efficiency programs.
  • Exposure to one or more of the following industry segments: Telecom / Technology, Mining, Energy, Industrials, or Consumer Business is preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience with budgetary responsibilities related to projects or resources.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience.
  • Ability to build consensus and foster change in ambiguous settings.
  • Commitment to professional excellence, as well as personal and professional growth.
