  • Responsible for defining key business segments, and prioritising the key business customer needs with effective strategies in meeting client’s requirements, increase the usage of the cash management services and optimizes the business relationship profitability.  
  • Responsible for the on-going development and management of cash management products and their processing and delivery systems, including innovation and enhancement.
  • Monitors the product standards and implementing quality-control program to ensure deliverables meeting specifications.
  • Monitors the status of project and product lifecycle to ensure on-time delivery, within approved budget and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitors product vendors in term of communications on enhancement and new initiatives, evaluation and selection, deliverables review and prioritisation.
  • Works with third parties and other stakeholders including risk and compliance to ensure proper product lifecycle is being complied prior with any product launch.
  • Coordinates product release with the vendors, technical team, business, client service and implementation team with proper documentation and effective communications.
  • Acts as point of reference for all product related inquiries and work collaboratively with other teams in addressing issue.  
  • Assess competitive landscape, industry trends and market dead as it relates to cash management and make sure relevant products are competitive in the market.
Managerial (team/group responsibilities)
  • Manage subordinate’s performance and provide guidance whenever required.
Organizational (organizational responsibilities)
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure attractive and profitable product offerings while managing product risks and costs.
  • To carry out any other duties as directed by the management

Education/Qualification
  • Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration/Computer Science or its equivalent.

Experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in banking preferably in corporate/cash management domain.
  • Well versed with corporate and commercial banking products.

Special Skills
  • Good communication in English, both spoken & written.
  • Good presentation skills
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Preferrably Business IT background
  • Creative and self-motivated
  • Leadership skill and can work independently
