  • Create and maintain various Dashboards for Branch sales and Operations staff Performance and productivity.
  • Perform report generation enhancement to automate and shorten the production time, via both Excel and data system.
  • Provide functional insights/requirements to enhance efficiency of systems/process controls & automation
  • Produce sales dashboards and ad hoc sales reports / analysis.
  • Develop sales performance report / analysis on a monthly basis for all sales job families under PFS.
  • Conduct branches & sales force productivity measure and report generation to track performance based on goals and targets set by management.
  • Coordinate, develop and communicate all sales/product budget allocation with respective stakeholders and management team.
  • Manage all assigned tasks using detailed work plans to ensure smooth submission of agreed deliverables.
  • Monitor, measure and analyses key performance related items using the right MIS/measurement indicators/tools.
  • Communicate work progress to all relevant stakeholders and escalate issues, where necessary and required.
  • Team Management skills are desirable.
  • Responsibility to our franchise - put HLB's long term interests first in all work agenda
  • Respect the HLB culture and take an active role in the HLB community
  • Provide superior results for our shareholders

Jobholder Requirements
  • Graduate with Degree preferably in Actuarial Science, Statistics or Finance
  • Strong coding and analytical skills, highly numerate and proactive
  • Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word (advanced level)
  • Highly analytical skills (reporting, simulation, forecasting, etc.) and technical
  • Knowledge and experience in database management
  • Very good written and oral command in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Minimum 5-7 years in business performance/analytical role
  • Strong performance & experience in business performance
  • Proven track record

Special Skills
  • Required Big Data analytic/statistics/data mining and data integration skills
  • Required skill(s): PowerPivot, Tableau, SQL, Dashboard & etc.
  • High Proficiency in Dashboard creation
  • Proficiency with Visual Basics Applications (VBA), Macro as well as extension features like Power Query and Power Pivot
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Understanding of operational processes, regulatory and compliance requirements is an added advantage
