Responsibilities
  • Assess, develop, enhance and review new and existing Investment Account funds in accordance to regulatory standards. This includes recommending best pricing strategy in view of market dynamics.
  • Solicit, originate and recommend best investment and/ or venture activities for each Investment Account fund with focus on values-based creation along with optimal exit strategies. Preferred investment participation may fall within risk participation other than equity based participation.
  • Articulate strong ethical intents with a desire to see impact delivered as imperative to investment strategy. This includes establishing strategic in-house and third party collaborations towards achieving values-based investment objectives.
  • Perform financial & non-financial cost benefit analysis including P&L forecasting, stress-testing, risk analysis, trending & behavioral analysis as well as values-based impact assessments.
  • Key point of contact for internal business team, support team and external partners. This may require formation of a project committee to oversee the overall project execution.
  • Perform periodic performance review and recommend tactical enhancements to ensure sustainability and relevance to market conditions.

Requirements:
  • A degree holder either in finance, investment, accounting, banking or other related specialization. A post graduate tertiary or a professional certification is a plus.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in financial industry with minimum 3 years exposure in fund/ investment management field. Prior experience in rolling-out value based investment activities will be an added advantage.
  • Organized and able to work under tight deadlines and minimal supervision.
  • Creative, independent, resourceful and a confidence speaker. Possess dynamic and positive attitude towards multi-tasking.
  • Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills.

  • A team player, with strong negotiation skills and ability to manage diverse background team members.
  • Business driven and a strategic thinker with strong knowledge and passion in financial analysis and financial technology.
  • Experienced in making personal investments with ability to interpret financial data.
