• Managing Makita Malaysia’s Facebook, responsible for content creation, customer service and tracking Makita’s social media presence.• Managing Makita Malaysia’s Youtube - responsible for uploading videos taken from Japan HQ as well as past events and demonstrations into Youtube.• Community building – educating and converting dealers to feature Makita products and materials in their social media and/or website.・Offline Marketing and Event Management・Website and Customer Service• Helping Makita to adopt into a new website – which involve dealing with third party web provider and managing expectations of upper management.
