Your Responsibilities:
Drive short/long-term business products/services planning with collaboration with marketing and alignment with technology teams
Understand business needs, gathering and eliciting requirement in detail, organizing and analyzing requirement to translate into user requirement. Work with technical team to develop solution that address business need
Understand business needs, lead in gathering and eliciting requirement in detail, organizing and analyzing complex requirement for simplification and translate into user requirement. Work with technical team and play an active role in proposing/validating and developing effective solution that address business need in the most cost effective manner
Manage user requirement in ensuring completeness of scoping and propose prioritization to allow focus delivery to achieve business needs in the most time-effective manner
Lead and drivecustomer journey enhancement to ensure excellent customer experience
Primary business interface to Technology team for technical capabilities planning and project implementation
Work with various teams, ie: Marketing, Technology, Legal, Regulatory, and Security to ensure timely and quality projects/products/services delivery and rollout. Perform frequent update and presentation to management on project progress focus on product/service/business readiness
Work with respective stakeholders, ie: business owners and platform owners on product life-cycle management to understand the products/services performance, optimization and simplification
Lead and drive new ideas collaborating with different stakeholders to propose new concept that align with business game plan. And present/pitch to senior management to get buy-in and endorsement on the proposal
Explore to create and innovate new business value/opportunity through understanding of business needs and effectively leveraging on existing product/service/technical capability
Your Merits:
Degree in Information Technology/Telecommunications/Marketing or equivalent
4- 7 years of experience in product development, product manager, business analyst, or IT solution analyst and preferably in relevant industry
Excellent communication, interpersonal and basic project planning/management skills
Ability to articulate, and present well with the ability to highlight appropriate perspective to diversified group of audiences
Good understanding of business key performance drivers & best practices
Experience and/or knowledge in Telco and emerging technologies/industry eg: Customer Management, eSIM, eKYC is an added advantage
Prefer candidate to have this knowledge or capability to learn fast:
o eSIM knowledge (different eSIM standards & common uses case eg: QR Code approach, On Device Activation - ODA, and etc)
o Device (handset, accessories, IOT) knowledge (different device standards & subscription models eg: leasing/ buyout, contract management - fixed/ moving contract and etc)
o Good overview & knowledge of telecommunication ecosystem: core system, channel, and internal and external integration (eg: device OEM)
o Ability of conceptualize, rationality new concept (without much reference) and to translate it into implementation
o Partner management - Manage conversation to understand partner's use cases, proposed user journey, understand the impact, and brainstorm/nego with partner on alternative
