The Role Responsibilities
Part of the CMPS (Capital Markets Products and Sales) Team, providing ideas generation, pricing and execution of equity derivatives (structured products), fixed income, fx and cash equity. Dealer for the following capital market products- Equity/Equity- linked Structured Products and Fixed Income.
Dealing Responsibilities
  • Work closely with frontline on pricing and execution of trades
  • Preparing and presenting trade ideas to the frontline
  • Ensuring accurate and proper execution of orders
  • Co-ordinate and liaise with external counterparties on product development and idea generation
  • Support the end to end documentation and sales process cycle for product/idea generation

Client & Frontline Management
  • Support simplicity in all client facing product materials and risk disclosures
  • Manage maintenance of adequate product information and ensure its accessibility by channels
  • Provide product training and ensure that frontline staff are adequately trained of product features through training sessions, rallies, seminars, etc
  • Manage and provide on-going information on data, analytics and competitive landscape

Governance, Risk Management & Processes
  • Ensure compliance to internal and external governance standards and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in audits, manage regulatory incidents and communications on product and drive the process, product and system changes to reduce regulatory breaches.

Overall Wealth Management
  • Contribute to overall WM P&L through driving or participating in WM key business and strategic initiatives

Our Ideal Candidate
  • Technical skills and knowledge of the asset class(es)
  • Project management experience
  • Basic trade settlement/lifecycle experience
  • Familiarity of regulations governing the asset class(es)
  • Experience in data analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Experience in campaign management
  • Experience in product/proposition marketing
  • Degree in Finance (or related discipline).
