Get to know the Role:

  • Manage and grow the way we communicate with our merchant partners through CRM.

  • To develop user-friendly content strategies for merchant onboarding and support with best content practices including content copywriting in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Work with various different teams to refine and produce the best solution for merchant problems

  • Go above and beyond to ensure merchants feel valued as a partner

  • Serve merchants by providing product and service information resolving product and service problems.

The day-to-day activities:

  • Strategise, plan and manage how our different support platforms, ie: Help Centre, blog, CRM can support all our merchant partners segmentations.

  • Ensure all communications to merchant partners are clear, consistent, informative and reflect our company mission and policies

  • You will help merchants become fully comfortable with our processes and systems so that they can make the most out of their new partnership with Grab.

  • Providing feedback to relevant departments to help improve our customer experience

  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned as required by the management.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

  • Develop, build and maintain clear training materials and recurring schedules to ensure all merchant teams are updated with the latest enhancements of our products.

The Must Haves:

  • Candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Hospitality or another related field.

  • At least 2 years of working experience in a related field such as F&B/Marketing/Social Media

  • Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a plus.

  • Hands on experience with social media management for brands

  • Creative, with a keen eye for aesthetics

  • Sharp, persuasive copywriting skills

  • Proven ability to successfully develop, and execute and own major multi­channel marketing campaigns

  • Independent, proactive and critical thinking skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment

  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experiences are welcome to apply
