Work you'll do

Responsibilities:
  • Regulatory Advisory - Advise client on implementation of Insurance specific guidelines such as Solvency (RBC), Accounting (IFRS17), Enterprise Risk Management and others.
  • Business problem solving - Analysis, formulate and implement sound business strategy, business case, business plan and strategic solutions/programmes/initiatives
  • Responsible for the development, administration, and configuration of the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) platforms for clients. This includes configuration, testing, and deployment of GRC applications and providing production issue support
  • Collate information and development of current state and target state operating models (and identification of areas of growth/improvement)
  • Effective stakeholder management
  • Conduct extensive research and develop point-of-views and insights on market, industry and emerging technology trend

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience within the Insurance Industry or Consulting or equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Actuarial Science, Risk Management, Insurance or equivalent
  • Experience in regulatory reporting, risk management, compliance or strategy
  • Strong analytical, time management, collaboration and communication/interpersonal skills
