Work you'll do

  • Assist project team or operate independently on treasury related projects for clients.
  • Assist project team using experience and knowledge in treasury technology to deliver treasury operations, IT strategy, system design and implementation services to clients. For example (but not limited to):
    • Perform risk assessment, identify issues, collate & analyse facts and deliver recommended solutions to client
    • Perform process mapping based on client's business operations
    • Conduct system vendor selection for client - Structuring Request-for-Information (RFI) and Request-for-Proposals (RFPs)
    • Implementation - Play the role of project manager or business analyst
  • Support sales process for major opportunities, not limited to
    • Creating and coordinating presentation materials
    • Assisting with client presentations
    • Develop tools and methodologies for sales requirement
  • Liaise with client's executives and external parties (i.e. banking professionals, system vendors) as required to obtain project information
  • Critical and analytical mindset to create solutions for moderately complex problem

  • Prioritize objectives and contribute to project planning, status reporting and solutions delivery
  • Build and manage relationships with peers within other practice areas of Deloitte
  • Coordinate and manage single/multiple projects directed towards strategic business and service line objectives
  • Use available knowledge networks to extract relevant information for projects
  • Contribute qualifications, deliverables from projects to global knowledge database
  • Support documentation and sharing of lessons learnt from each project
  • Involve in expanding service offering and business growth through contribution towards proposal and sales process

  • 2 to 4 years of Treasury Technology experience with software vendors or local/Multi-National Corporations (MNCs)
  • Experience in using or implementing treasury management systems for middle to large corporation systems like Sungard, Reval, Kyriba, Wall Street, SAP Treasury is a plus.
  • Completed undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials and business acumen
  • Strong experience in using Microsoft PowerPoint to create presentation material
  • Able to work independently
  • Process-oriented mind set
  • Excellent interpersonal relations, flexible and demonstrated ability to work well with others
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
  • Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving
  • Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree
  • One of the following qualifications would be desirable : CPA, CFA, FRM, CTP, ACT qualification or other equivalent designation (completed or in progress)
