Job Description :
  • Applies professional judgment to design/analyze standard to moderately complex reports to satisfy management requirements.
  • Writes specifications for new report programs, spreadsheets and other devices to produce reports.
  • Develops and prepares reports and records relating to a particular project/dashboard or service review.
  • Develops/maintains working knowledge of business/industry standards and practices.
  • Provides basic support within a specific section of the company's customer service activities in accordance with established systems and procedures.
  • Applies professional judgment to recommend changes to specifications and requirements relevant to specific unit of work.
  • Performs financial, statistical, and operational studies to support initiatives and ongoing reporting needs of Customer Service Family.
  • May partner with others outside of team to develop system process improvements and solutions.
  • May perform feasibility analysis for process changes.
  • Applies good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the sub function / job family. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems.
  • Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices.
  • Applies project management skills. Requires attention to detail when making judgments based on the analysis of factual information. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results.
  • Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information.

  • 3-5 years of data analytics experience
  • Relevant experience (business/financial environment) preferred
  • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proven self-reliance and accountability and ability to manage risk
  • Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication with ability to influence stakeholders
  • Proven investigative and analytical skills

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
