Job Description
The Network Communications and Media ISV Partner Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving ISV engagement in APJ Territory and deliver consumption growth through ecosystem partnerships in APJ Territory.
The focus of the account manager is to manage select software disruptor partners and engage with C-level executives to accelerate revenue and technology transitions for Intel solutions in the network communications space.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Build new business pipeline develop relationships at key partners that influence Communication Service Provider technology deployment through account discovery and relationship building.
  • Drive sales acceleration activities to add velocity to qualified opportunities.
  • Drive demand generation through targeted marketing programs to drive Intel architecture and solution pull through partners in the Telco/ISP verticals.
  • Enable Sales and Technical training on Intel technologies to improve partners understanding of and ability to position the value of Intel partnering with ISV and SI ecosystem into end customer projects.
  • Execute Intel Requirements like Training, CRM, Forecasting, Reporting, etc including training channel partners on technologies, product roadmaps and solutions and running targeted workshops on key solution areas.
  • Work closely with MNC counterparts and the Intel teams calling on those manufacturers to ensure we are aligned with all our GTM efforts.
  • Rolling up marketplace feedback, trends and MSS insights to DCG Segment stakeholders in APJ Territory and Global teams.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant technical or business field, MBA preferred
  • 4+ years of Regional Sales, Business Development or Account Management experience as partner account manager/partner development position/alliance sales role
  • Comprehend Intel architecture offerings and fellow partner solution offerings with experience in working with the APJ/ASEAN landscape
  • Excellent communication (including spoken and written English) business development and customer support skills
  • Proficiency in relationship building and ability to work effectively with ecosystem partners
  • Ability to describe complex technology solutions in business terms and demonstrate business value to customers
  • Ability to work effectively within a complex matrixed organization and across business groups
  • Proven ability to negotiate and influence at senior levels across internal-external stakeholders
  • Ability to excel as an empowered individual contributor and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and results

Additional profile qualifications preferred:
  • Knowledge of Comms data center architecture, applicable standards, and the operational processes.
  • Knowledge of Comms business models and key performance indicators.
  • Knowledge of fundamental networking and storage technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills (with proven track record of cross-group collaboration).
  • Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment and to achieve high quality results.
  • Comfortable with risk taking and hungry to succeed in a fast-moving business environment
