Job Description
Network Technical Services position is responsible for monitoring, fixing , controlling and operating network connectivity and manage related network product supported by diffrenet vendor. Be abel to understand network topology, make changes for project requirement and be able to deploy project that involve in expanding into network connectivity structure. Resource have being in network related skill in related field as core skill. Understanding on the Tier 1, Tier2 and Tier 3 concept of firewall rule.
Key responsibilities
1. CCNA and higher certification and understand all related Cisco confuguration command and function
2. Others network related product certification OR Skill such as Juniper and Firewall related appliance
3. Having a skill on Cisco product tool or others network tool for problem determination
4. Knowledgeable servers enviroment that use large connectivity structure
5. Network Security Administration
The major responsibilities of Network Lead Technical Services include:
analyzing first level problems for all network connectivity , device and operation (according to the service agreements), resolving or routing to next level support as appropriate
supporting the Application Management Processes specific to customer requirements . Be a focal to client on network infrastructure related discussion
performs a variety of tasks or processes following established procedures or practices within others services tower
uses judgment in choosing task/routine.
assumes additional responsibilities as assigned
Primary Skills required
'Cisco Unify Communication Management ( CUCM)
Cisco Network skill or equvalent, physically hands on. Have involve in Network deployment project. Good understanding on Cisco command and function line for Cisco device.
Have 4 to 5 years Skill in Networking Support. Knowledgeable on all layer network protocol, Load Balancer and firewall operation.'
Servers Knowledge on OS level.
