Job Purpose
To support day to day operation of CIMB Singapore ASD&ECO outsourced to Malaysia are processed within the agreed Service Level Agreement.
Key Responsibilities
Create Account Opening Mail In (Bundled with Housing/Reno loan, staff, pure mail in/road show (directly from
customers)
•Maintain Account Maintenance (Data enrichment), (Customers opened account at Branch online submission)
•Perform Account Opening Via DSE/E Form, (Customer’s submission online via DSE/E Form)
•Update and maintain Account and data maintenance, (name, id, new address, signature/signing condition, power of
attorney, indemnity, dual currency investment, customers others particulars update, accredited investor and
overseas investor, staff resignation, return mail and FCFD)
•To meet the Service Level Agreement of the account opening and data maintenance followed the dateline of the creation that has been
set up. •Any other responsibilities/tasks assigned by the Management from time to time
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in any discipline. (Accounting/Finance/Business/Economics/Financial Engineering)
Good credit knowledge is essential
