The Customer Service / Case
Management will act as liaison, provide an assistance service and resolve
any emergency problem that our customer faced. Our responsibility will be
to liaise with the different parties to provide great assistance to our
customers.Responsible for the execution
of all basic functions of the department in the delivery of services.Responsible to ensure
excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and
maintain high customer satisfactionRespond to Auto based
inbound and outbound calls via dedicated hotline to ensure high quality
customer service at all times and take extra mile to provide assistance.Handle requests from emails.To offer appropriate
assistance, solutions and information within the time limits.To ensure that all the
status of all active cases is constantly updated and Follow operation
procedures / guidelines. Minimum SPM/Diploma holder
with at least 1-2 years of related working experience.Excellent geographical
knowledge and problem-solving skills.Previous Call Centre
experience, especially in roadside assistance environment, is preferable.Excellent administration
skills, verbal communication, phone handling skills, listening, people
skills, professionalism and attention to detail with a good working
knowledge of MS Office Customer focus and
adaptability to different personality typesAbility to multi-task, set
priorities and manage time effectivelyStrong phone and verbal
communication skills along with active listening
