◎ Call center business
◎ Customer support by email or telephone
◎ Change, cancellation, inquiries about airline tickets and hotel reservations (Japanese use)
◎ Booking confirmation by direct contact with hotels and airlines
Working hours:
24 hour shift system (shift system, production 8 hours)
