Responsibilities:
·Support the business plan to ensure continued growth and/or long-term sustainability in line with corporate direction.
·Responsible to ensure the business plan are executed accordingly in a timely manner.
·Responsible for ensuring smooth running of day-to-day operational matters such as Production, Farm Operation, Maintenance, QA/QC, Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics and Sales etc. Oversee the purchase of raw materials, closely monitor and track farm operation plan, quality levels, on-time delivery so as to maximizing cost efficiencies and minimize wastage.
·Direct and oversees sales and marketing activities. Sets and track sales target on a periodic basis. Review and approve all sales and marketing plans, help resolve issues and eliminate barriers to ensure the business achieve its revenue targets and customer’s need are met.
·Responsible for ensuring that there is proper management systems and SOP. Monitor the implementation of company SOP for efficient and effective management practices.
·Provide ongoing guidance and motivation to staff in carrying out their roles and responsibilities. Monitor and track the progress of all HR plans such as organization structure reviews, workforce planning and recruitment activities, goal settings and performance review, rewards and recognition, development/training needs etc to support the attraction and retention of talent.
·Responsible for identifying and ensuring the business has proper infrastructure in place to support effective and efficient operation all times.
·Continuously build and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to effectively achieve business goals.
·Regular reporting of the operation KPI’s through periodic tele-conferencing, meetings and reports.
·Any others ad-hoc duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements:
·Bachelor Degree in Food Technology/Food Science and equivalent.
·Strong regional stakeholder management skills
·At least 10 years of working experience in senior supervisory role.
·Ability to work with diverse range of people and to build mutually beneficial relationship and networks, including but not limited to complex environments.
·Knowledge of management principles and familiarity with company products, services and policies.
·Strong coaching and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate employees.
·Proactive & Strategic decision maker.
·Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
·Willing to travel outstation
