ROLE
SUMMARY
As a Management Consultant, you will be part of the core team of global consultants working alongside some of the most experienced consultants, who believe in partnering in the growth of our clients.
Build and execute organisation's Change Management strategy with confidence, synthesise numerous analytic efforts to draw meaningful conclusions, identify implications for recommendations, and achieve client buy-in. - Change StrategyUnderstand and have hands-on experience on various Change Management frameworks and methodologies. Drive a rigorous and structured approach for identifying and solving business problems that leads to strategic insights.-Understanding on PROSCI or any other change frameworkInteract comfortably with C-Suite and senior management levels at the client side - present analysis and recommendations, facilitate workshops, and negotiate or influence on significant matters.- leadership alignment and connectsDeliver effective and engaging presentations, with conformity to language and tone based on prescribed guidelines.- Presentation SkillsHave experience and extensive exposure in performing the Change Management activities, Stakeholder Engagements, Communication, Change Agent Network, Business Readiness, Learning & Development which could be demonstrated through real-life case examplesTrack record on how to drive stakeholder engagement, create stakeholder engagement and communication strategies and execute communication in an innovative way, have the capabilities to think new, pushing boundaries, using the advantage of digitalization, and by using new types of channels like social influencers - CommunicationAn understanding of Business Process development methodologies and how to-be operating models can be developed with facilitation An analytical and detailed approach, checking understanding, not accepting things at face value and being willing to challenge the first answer and assumptionsAble to lead the Learning & Development stream, understand the concepts and have implemented gamification and modern ways of learning, where teachings are more focussed on innovation and understanding than classroom learnings - TrainingBuild and sustain relationships with key stakeholders within the TCS account teams.- Internal Team AlignmentPossess experience in business development to support various consulting led sales opportunities.-Consulting led salesUnderstand the basics of Agile, IoT, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Enable culture changes in these eco systems and drive changes one or all the Industry 4.0 enablers.- Industry experience and Culture Change
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

A minimum of 8 years of experience in Business and Management ConsultingERP Transformation experience will be importantBachelor's in Engineering with a Post Graduate Degree from a prestigious Business School (MBA or PGDBM or equivalent MS program)Certification in Change Management is a plusAcquaintance to any Global language is a plusAbility to work outside your comfort zone and ready to travel across multiple geographies - India, Middle East Africa, Australia, Asia Pacific, UK and EuropeExcellent communication skillsStrategic thinkingEntrepreneurial, proactive and productiveResult-oriented, fast learner, self-driven and hardworkingTeam player, open-minded, optimistic and approachableFlexible and creative - ability to propose innovative ideas, build empathy within the firm and win the trust of the clients
