Roles & responsibilities
Outsourcing Services Management:
  • Managing OSPs - Outsource Service Providers (statement printing, personalized cheque book printing and document management)
  • Managing third party service provider - mailroom activities
  • Monitor performance service level of service providers
  • Conduct periodic SLA & performance review meeting with OSPs
  • Complete and submit required outsourcing and regulatory reports
  • Conduct periodic site visit and yearly BCP/DR test with OSPs
  • Review outsourcing service agreement(s) and prepare addendum for inclusion of new mandatory clauses to meet the bank or regulatory requirement
  • Prepare user requirements for tender exercise six months prior to contract expiry date
  • Perform root cause analysis of any incident or complains received
  • Work closely with IT on any data discrepancy problem encountered
  • Raise case in ORE for any breach of FSA / IFSA incident reported
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with people of various levels
  • Having a Quality & Service Excellence mindset, always seeking opportunities to improve
  • Able to work independently without much supervision and results oriented
  • High level of initiative, passion and sense of urgency who can work within tight deadlines and good adaptability to take on different challenging assignments
  • Well versed in MS Excel, Words & PowerPoint
  • Tech-savvy with additional skillsets in Digital Design / Process
  • Has own transportation and willing to travel
