Job Description:
  • Manage day-to-day responsibilities such as monitoring the cause of payment declines and assessments of payment card fees
  • Manage and monitor new payment channels for ShopeePay, troubleshoot causes for payment declines
  • Work on financial reporting, i.e. settlement reports, money in-out, reconcile and submission to payment network
  • Able to see through root cause of problems and come up with impactful strategies to drive business change in daily operations
  • Other payment ad hoc tasks assigned

  • Must have prior experience in Fintech or E-wallet / Service Desk background
  • Basic understanding of payment card brand rules and regulations, payments acceptance process and systems involved
  • Basic product awareness on technical payment process knowledge is required
  • Able to work on shift (24/7, 5 days a week)
  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Diploma
