Job Purpose
  • Development, implementation and execution of credit policies and strategies to achieve quality bookings.
  • Development and implementation of credit policies and risk management strategies for effective portfolio growth.
  • Development and management of portfolio MIS studies for effective portfolio tracking, triggers and exploration to assist the business in achieving the optimum risk reward equation.
  • Support Business in existing and new product and services management in area of expertise and continuous liaison with all support centers to meet business objectives.

The Role Responsibilities %26amp; Ideal Candidate
Development And Implementation Of Credit Policies And Risk Management Strategies
  • Development, implementation and execution of credit policies and strategies to achieve quality bookings.
  • Development, implementation and execution of policies and strategies for effective portfolio growth.
  • To review through door booking trends, analyze vintage performance, delinquency monitoring and detect early warning signs.
  • Conduct periodic review on PL portfolio to ensure optimal decision-making in line with approved Risk Decision Framework (RDF).
  • Strategic initiatives via CRDs/test cells to explore new opportunities and challenge the effectiveness of existing policies.
  • To conduct post-strategy analysis for result validation.
  • To support smooth implementation of credit polices to ensure effective execution.
  • To enable Digital Growth of PL Business.
  • CAD and CCPM are reviewed and updated Annually.
  • Credit Decision Engines are aligned to latest approved CAD / CCPM.

Portfolio Management
  • Ensure development of high quality MIS to monitor on-us and off-us portfolio shifts via segmentation and identify risks and opportunities. Ensure MIS decks provide segmentation based on RDF, Credit Risk Grades and profitability indicators.
  • Perform in-depth portfolio database studies on identified business issues.
  • Conduct program tracking to ensure continuous validation of credit policies for essential program rollouts.
  • Create and promote a MIS rich environment to support strategic and analytically based decision-making.
  • Continuously improve the way we work by driving cost effectiveness and automation of credit processes at the same time ensuring high quality of deliverables.
  • Understand sensitivities to key risk drivers and potential stress impact on the portfolio. Monitor external factors such as state of the economy, regulatory environment and other emerging risk trends. Ensure that Portfolio Standards evolve appropriately to proactively manage changes in external environment, strategy and/or risk appetite.

Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with the Group%27s standards and regulatory requirements are fully met and GAP analysis completed
  • Ensure regulatory requirements are complied with.
