Job Description

Responsibility:

  • The Marketing Manager is tasked with creating multi-channel strategies to create synergy between all sales channels, resulting in a unified consumer experience.
  •  Build and develop positive relationships with Clients, Government agencies to determine consumer behavior and reactions for marketing campaigns
  •  Close gaps between offline and online marketing by utilizing Digital Marketing
  •  Exposure and adequate experience in creating online sales platform across social media
  •  Knowledge and understanding of AI tools and SEO would be an absolute advantage
  •  Lead multichannel digital marketing efforts across all avenues (Online/Corporate)
  •  Produce an end to end marketing plan
  •  Manage social media like Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and Adwords to aid in the development and optimization of Digital Marketing campaigns.
  •  Develop niche business channels and avenues to market the product and services
  •  Ensure brand image stays consistent across all marketing channels
  •  Stay up to date with the latest Digital Marketing, social, and retail, trends
  •  Produce detailed reports and analytics
  •  Analysis and evaluation of campaign performance against forecasted data
  • Conduct complete analysis of social app analytics from different sources to create Marketing strategies
  •  Budgeting and cost management to achieve KPI's
  •  Liaising on a daily basis with PR agency, regional PR team and the media, often via telephone and email.
  •  Media training and preparation of senior management for media engagements.
  •  Driving the product and services advertising, promotion and publicity in coordination with PR team, agencies.
  •  Monitoring the media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires, social media sites and blogs, for PR hits.
  •  Preparing regular reports and researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media.
  •  Promoting news stories and features to the media, known as selling in.
  •  Collating, analysing and evaluating media coverage.
  •  Event management, including press conferences and promotional events.
  •  Attending and promoting events to the media.
  •  Commissioning market research.
  •  Managing the PR aspect of a possible crisis situation.
  •  Skilful user of MS office software like Word, PPT, Excel G Suite
  •  Spoken and written Bahasa and able to translate between Bahasa and English
  • Comply and follow the company HR rules and regulations strictly and set an example to the team
  • Provide, share and extend support and cooperation to all the departments from time to time within the organization.

Position Requirements:

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree with five years and above of experience. It would be an added advantage if has an exposure to the online selling platform. 
 
Qualifications & Skills:

  • Solid eight years of B2C marketing experience, retail, digital or mall marketing experience
  • Able to develop overall business strategy and plans
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and presentation skills
  • A global perspective, with sensitivity to multiple and diverse culture
  • Skillful user of MS office software like Word, PPT, Excel, G Suite
  • Spoken and written Bahasa and English, able to translate between Bahasa and English
