Job Description
- Assist in providing technical solutions to customers for MEASAT’s service offerings such as Transponder Lease, Video, Co-location, Internet Protocol (IP) Transit and Managed VSAT services.
- Lead in specifications and engineering of customers’ satellite networks including link budget analysis, recommendation of equipment for service, project lead the service/system design.
- Support in remote site management
- Coordinate with Customers, Sales, Engineering and Operations departments for transponders and service links activation.
- Lead in post-sales technical issues including carrier/service performance.
- Candidate must possess Degree in Communication/Telecommunication Systems Engineering, Electric and Electrical Engineering
- Excellent command in English both written and verbal with good education track record.
- Candidates with IP, broadband technology experience would be an added advantage.
- Willing to travel.
