Intel Programmable Solutions Group is seeking exceptional talent for DFx Verification Engineers to work with a diverse team designing Intel's next generation FPGA based SOCs - someone who is passionate to improve the way we solve complex problems through teamwork / direct contributions.
A Pre-Si Verification DFx engineer has responsibilities that will include (but not limited to):
- Work with Arch, Design, Software and Post-Si Validation teams across GEOs
- Participate in definition of Verification infrastructure and models.
- Actively engage with partner teams and customers and ensure smooth execution, quality hand-off to customers
- Identify, document test plans across various platforms: IP, Subsystem, Full Chip & Emulation and execute test cases
- Experience with pre-silicon Verification of designs including, PCIe, DDR, HBM, processor cores and other custom logic will be a plus.
- BSEE/MSEE or equivalent with 5+ years of experience with complex ASIC designs and/or verification.
- Pre-silicon system verification experiences in the areas of SoC, FPGA and embedded microprocessor design verification
- Familiar with System Verilog, UVM and strong programming skills in scripting or C.
- Previous experiences in constraint random verification using UVM/System Verilog and coverage driven verification
- Familiarity with Gate Level Simulation (GLS) and/or Unified Power Format (UPF)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; the ability to work with a team spread across different geography sites and the flexibility of handling the dynamic execution environment.
- Knowledge in IA server system architecture and/or 2-3 major industrial standard I/O interfaces, such as, Ethernet, PCIe, USB, DDR or HBM will be a plusInside this Business Group
