Job Description :
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
•To effectively and efficiently manage the Branch resources to achieve the targets / standards for sales, high-level, consistent service quality and risk management
•Manage the Branch Sales and Sales Support Team of Consumer Banking for Premier Centre to achieve revenue targets for the branch
•Promote usage of sales methodology and Financial Journeys to achieve targets
•Build and develop staff competencies and sales & service qualities
•Increase staff productivity
•In charge of recruitment and maintain low staff attrition
•Optimize customer interaction tools such as CRUs and campaign leads to deliver sales results
•Achieve branch compliance in all statutory and regulatory requirements (including Shariah)
•Achieve a Pass in Internal & External Audit, Health Checks and Call

Job Requirements:
•Degree in banking and finance, accounting or business administration, with at least 2 years’ experience in branch banking/Premier Centres with exposure in sales, service & operational aspects
•Strong Leadership & Sales Management Skills
•Sound financial knowledge
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Good understanding of banking law and practices
