Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Role is a part of Sales team for security services business development.
  • Presentations to potential clients explaining security services provided by organization.
  • Staying up to date with emerging security threats including applicable regulatory security requirements.
  • Technical scoping to determine scope and pricing.
  • Account management and client relationship management.
  • Business Intelligence Workshops, to ensure the client network and processes are fully understood prior to on-boarding.
  • Client on-boarding, including managing user acceptance milestones.
  • Project management in collaboration with SOC team for service deliveries.
  • Regular service reviews to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Responsible of invoicing in collaboration with Finance team and payment coordination with clients based on agreed payment terms.
  • Follow ISO 27001 responsibilities defined for security service deliveries.
Required Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science /Information Systems Management / Information Security or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of Security Operations Centre (SOC) experience, particularly security services business development.
  • Good understanding of information security best practices and awareness.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentations.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Ability to understand scope and requirements.
  • Experience in detection security technologies, including hands on capabilities with at least one major SIEM product.
  • Good understanding of system and network architecture design.
  • Good understanding of information security standards such as ISO 27001, PCI-DSS etc.
  • Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows & Linux), network technologies and respective logging requirements.
