Description
  • Implementation discussion, planning & execution with Sales & Client on/upon sales closure
  • Provide & follow-up with client on completeness of documentation for client onboarding
  • Provide operational support to clients post implementation to address operational/system issues
  • Plan & Conduct training to stakeholders(internal client & external client) on standard & customized solution
  • Cross sell collections & merchant products; promote TS Lite during client engagement such as classroom & onsite training
  • Post implementation review, monitor & track REFLEX & TS Lite utilization
  • Manage Reflex & GTB products related request, issues & complaints including non-GTB related matters from client & branches
  • Professionally manage customer interactions

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree or any field
  • Good people skill and time management
  • Experienced in cash management products cross-selling will be an advantage
  • Articulate and has good interpersonal and communication skills
  • A self-starter and service-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office excel and works
  • Basic knowledge of cash management/ trade finance products and sales operation
  • Ability to maintain excellent customer relationship and engage them regularly to increase usage
