Job summary:
The successful incumbent will be initiating and overseeing execution of the strategic marketing/brand plan, and responsible for the profitability and market share growth of the assigned brand/product line.
Responsibilities:
· Accountable to achieve target Y-O-Y growth of the assigned product line.
· Set strategic brand direction and develop full marketing plan to deliver profitability and growth targets, plus competitive edge of the assigned line in line with MM direction.
· Visits dealer and end user to promote product and seek growth opportunities.
· Conduct assigned product knowledge online/offline training to internal staff, dealers and end user.
· Regularly obtain, analyse and update market intelligence and consumer insight to seek out growth opportunities.
· Spearhead and manage effective A&P programs that will include ATL (above-the-line) plus BTL (below-the-line) areas, and budgets to meet brand objectives and strategies, for both domestic and assigned international markets.
· Working with the marcom and creative team to develop impactful contents across all online/offline marketing communication channel.
· Synchronize marketing updates/direction with dealer and internal staff.
· Support sales forecasting and new product inventory planning.
· Work closely with Sales, R&D, Logistic, Purchasing, and Finance teams plus external associates like creative, PR and media agencies to ensure smooth and successful marketing operations.
· Supervise, lead and develop team member, if any, to function as a cohesive and effective team.
· Report to the Head of Marketing.
Requirements:
· Degree in Marketing or related discipline.
· Minimum 3 years in product management from the FMCG industry with sufficient branding experience.
· Strong business acumen and selling sense to easily identify opportunity in market
· Strong technical common sense to understand/learn our product.
· Savvy in online digital marketing via social media. Able to do impactful Facebook live to promote product.
· Excellent communication skill using text messages
· Able to hunt in digital world
· Good analytical, detailed oriented, multi-tasking planning, interpersonal and presentation skills.

· Capable and desire to excel in a fast-pace, competitive consumer and trade environment.
