The Role Responsibilities
  • Toperform Direct Closure for life insurance on PsB segment
  • To understand customers needs and provide proper solutions based on need based selling
  • To attend to all queries related to the insurance products.
  • To ensure that sales and services rendered to customers comply with internal & external policies, guidelines & regulations.
  • To help build capability among the frontline team for insurance
  • To develop activities for sales manager for Banca sales with the team leaders

  • Our Ideal Candidate
  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Banking/Insurance or equivalent with necessary & relevant licenses.
  • Experience in insurance/finance/banking or sales industry.
  • Good organizational ability and interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions.
  • Good team player, self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong negotiation skills and influencing skills to drive sales.
  • Good interpersonal relationship skills
