Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the sales target set for the business
  • Responsible for detailing and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals
  • Service accounts, develop prospects, co-ordinate sales and marketing initiatives, market data collection
  • Perform account management
  • Set clear objectives and develop strategies for each account to drive penetration and growth
  • Establish good rapport with decision makers (at all levels)
  • Service & maintain existing business (contracts, quotations, tenders, relationship management)
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities to secure
  • Track account sales (sales, penetration rates and market share)Establish sound understanding of customer needs, challenges, competition, key trends etc

Qualifications
  • At least 3 years in pharmaceutical sales
  • Degree, preferably in a Science background
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.
  • Possess a valid driving license and a car.
  • A pleasant and dynamic personality combined with enthusiasm and desire to continuously learn
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • A self-motivated and industrious achiever
