Job Description

•Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business-related field
•Experience: 3 – 5 years in project management field
•Other: Competent in Microsoft Office and Project Management Tool
•Manage the Program and Change Management (PCM) Team
•Responsible to monitor and consolidate Project Status (eg project Health, Project Risks and Issues, Financial Status and Contracts Status) for the project
•Prepare and Present Program Level Status Report to Program / Project Working Committee (PWC) and Steering Committee members
•Work closely with all project teams to identify and manage program level risks and issues
•Assist to manage Change Management resources and prepare Change Management Activities Summary
•Assist business to develop project’s sustainability strategies
•Ensure that the impacted stakeholders are well informed on the project development
•Assist business on developing the communication plan, materials, and consolidate feedbacks
•Support project team on training, go live, handover and transition to support team
