• Constantly follow up on customer enquiries and being to log and identify business lead & opportunity
• Engage in sales and marketing activities/ campaigns to promote on programmes and services offered
• Address customer service issues expeditiously. Answers calls and reply client’s email promptly.
• Participate and assist with the execution in marketing activities, roadshow, exhibitions and networking events
• Strategies and generate leads to increase corporate account
• Initiate and maintain good working relationships with existing customer
• Deliver Key Performance Indicators as part of the responsibilities
