Job Description

Primary Responsibility:
• Handle incident and problem management, corrective and preventive maintenance for system.
• Ensure the managed services partners perform production administration of procedures and safeguards of all production systems. Eg: system level configuration, execute and ensure operation readiness and festive readiness for system related services and projects.
• Lead as and incident manager based on cases and assignments with joint governance of the war room management.
• Accountable of the end to end global integration domain – ESB and API gateway while overseeing the service delivery from managed service partners to ensure stability, effectiveness, efficiency and quality of the IT services.
• Standby for critical incident escalations for quick recovery and investigate till the incident is permanently fixed.
• Ensure all changes and configuration is tested and have gone through the changed advisory board approval prior to deployment and implementation.
• Review and approve technical designs, FRS and CR as a domain owner while ensuring to adhere to the technology roadmap.
• Enforce IT and security policies, procedures and processes efficiently and effectively to ensure no repeating incidents occurs.
• Adhere to SOA governance, business and financial process through daily monitoring.
• Any other related task as and when is needed by the team.
Requirements:
• Degree and above in Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8-9 years of working experience in vendor management, implementation of ERP solutions, project governance, design solutioning, critical incident management and service delivery.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Skills required:
o Good understanding of Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) architecture and technology.
o Knowledge in system administration – configuration, production activity and etc.
o Project Management skills in ad added advantage.
o Understanding on how the technical infrastructure supports the business.
o Previous track record in technology delivery.
• Good team player, independent with a positive mindset.
• Adaptable to the flexible working hours and willing to work on long hours and/or standby.
