Job Description :
1. Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans, discussing with management 2. Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, assigning personnel to phases and elements 3. Maintains and monitors project schedules, project progress, coordination and resolving issues 4. Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications and plan and schedule changes 5. Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions 6. Checking of design & build plan and monitoring progress of implementation 7. Completes the implementation based on the targeted date 8. Coordinating with Project Manager and sub-contractors on work assignment, work progress and creating solutions of problems in the construction site 9. Reports to Account Manager 10. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed 11. Ad hoc duties for Project in Charge. 12. Pre-Construction Documentation and Monitoring 13. Prepares Report & Updates on the project to Account Manager 14. Oversee Budget & Cost Monitoring 15. Coordination between client/client representative before, during and up to project turnover 16. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs and coordinating it with the top management and client 17. Project review and vendor evaluation after completion of each projects 18. Other related tasks that maybe assigned. 19. Collaborate with Sales/PIC/designer/CAD operator/engineers and other project related members to complete the projects on time, with reporting and sharing the issues proactively and swiftly
Required work experience :
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architectural/Civil/Structural/Construction Engineering or equivalent Experience(s): 1. With a 5 (five) years of experience in office construction design & build/renovation or related work 2. Professional license is an advantage but not required 3. Able to work with minimal supervision and can work under pressure 4. Must have a project management background & skills 5. Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCad, Sketch Up, 3D Max and the like is an advantage 6. Can keep up with tight deadlines 7. Can perform exceptional client service 8. Detail oriented and committed to producing quality works 9. Has strong leadership ability, problem solving and analytical skills 10. Good oral and written communication skills and can coordinate effectively 11. Willing to travel across project sites, flexible with time and willing to render overtime work Proficiency on the following: - Both Oral and Written English & Bahasa Malay - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Application Word/Excel/Power Point Attitude: - Hardworking, Independent, Team Player, Cooperative, Punctual - Can work under pressure
