Job Description

  • Drive the strategy and development of campaigns or new technology in Asia-Pacific with focus on South East Asia (Malaysia, Singapore Thailand), creating a highly effective and targeted approach to increase digital revenue.

  • Partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, Marketing Ops and different business stakeholders.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (e.g. phone manner, face-to-face and negotiation skills).

  • Ability to efficiently resolve and respond to dynamic priorities and requests

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.

  • Able to run workshops to gather business, functional and non-functional requirements and turn information into requirements (e.g. user stories, integration stories, structured business and functional requirement documentation).

  • A Subject Matter Expert in E-Commerce, best practice principles and concepts across various industries.

  • Generate analytical insights to determine marketing strategy, and to drive improvement and efficiency


  • Tertiary qualifications in ICT/Business/Marketing.

  • At least 2 – 3 Years’ experience in a commercial environment in a project management and/or digital transformation function.

  • A positive can do attitude.

  • At least 2 – 3 Years business analyst experience.

  • PRINCE or CAPM Certification preferred, but not crucial
