1) IT Application Project Manager
2) Infrastructure Project Manager
Lead the project delivery with support of relevant technical experts.
Manage the project governance with all stake holders
Manages projects concurrently as identified and prioritized on IT Project roadmap with strict adherence to project
Develops project processes, procedures, and toolkits to improve the standardization, efficiency, and effectiveness of
Provides tactical execution of projects from beginning to end and is innovative and resourceful
Drives accountability via clear definition of roles and responsibilities.
Ensures communication and facilitates the completion of each of the key project milestones.
Proactively identifies risks early and recommends mitigation plans to address with project stakeholders
Determine the Infra project approach, milestones and schedule. Develop detailed project work plan
Define the Infra project iterations strategy. Manage and evaluate iterations.
Work with Infra vendor like hardware, OS & database (Exclude Middleware) for system implementation.
Review all Infra requirements to validate they are aligned to the project objectives and SOW.
Ensure that all requirements, Infrastructure project plans, and changes to commitment are communicated to all
Develop and/or review estimates and estimating assumptions for the Infra deliverable schedule, effort, and cost
using established estimating models, best practices, and past experience. The resulting estimates account for all
activities in the project scope, including project management and application development tasks, and vendor and
contract management activities.
Define the roles and responsibilities of Infra project team members.
Provide timely feedback to Infra resources on their deliverable quality.
Attend project kick off and regular project meetings to align project team to the long term, milestone and weekly
Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations.
Professional certification will be added advantage. E.g. PMP, Price 2
5-8 years’ of proven project management experience in the field of IT
Infrastructure knowledge, previous experience as an Infrastructure Engineer,
although not essential is advantageous for the role
Experience in Infrastructure foundational services, such as Active Directory,
DNS/DHCP, Identity Access Management (IAM)
Understanding of Cloud foundational services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
Knowledge of IT infrastructure inclusive of server, storage, network, Disaster
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to facilitate and run effective meetings
Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines with a strong
attention to detail
