Service Delivery Manager
· 10+ years of Industrial experience required.
· Experience in DevOps Applications Support Service Manager manages L1 and L2 support Engineers to work on various application tickets and assist resolve them.
· Experience in Application development/application maintenance experience in cloud/DevOps models.
· Hands on experience in applications (Technical) such as neither in development nor in support.
· Experience in leading a team and building a team where necessary.
· Managing L1 and L2 24/7 application support team (Supporting internal developed tools/Application globally at the client site).
· ITIL Certified.
· Team/People management skills.
· Customer facing experience.
· Software development Project/DevOps Experience.
Other Requirements:
· ITSM certified would be plus.
· experience in cloud models or DevOps models is plus.
· Project Management experience and/or certification would be a plus
· Programming experience would be plus · Call center tech support experience would be plus
