Summary Description

The person to:-
Lead operations transformation
Manage Infrastructure Projects
Manage change in effective fashion
Specific Duties And Responsibilities
1. Establish project management framework and apply techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management.
2. Engage project sponsors, owners and project resources including subcontractors
3. Manage project scope and make sure it’s within project timeline
4. Requirement gathering with stake holder and perform necessary documentation
5. Assist in change management activities
6. Provide day to day direction to the project team and provide regular project status update to the relevant stakeholders
7. Carry out project post implementation audit
8. Oversee deliverable handover to accountable support teams
9. Establish project prioritization methodology and matrices
10.Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirement
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree. Degree in computer science, IT, project management or related field is an advantage
2. Must have successfully lead 2 complete life cycle initiatives during operation transformation
3. Have good knowledge and hand on experience on project management, involving resources from multiple sites
4. Good collaboration capability to work cross functional global teams involving engineering, operations, quality, IT and others.
5. Excellent communication skills to communicate at various levels within different functions across the organization (SVP, VP, Directors, senior managers, managers, supervisors, IT architect as example)
6. At least 7 years of experience in Infrastructure domain. Strong technical experience and knowledge in SDLC
