Job Description

Responsible in managing incoming customer calls and orders
Responsible to set and attend appointments
To achieve given sales target quarterly
Responsible in reporting to superior on your sales activities from time to time
Responsible in payment collection from your customers
To engage & serve incoming prospects and enquiries
Serves as an escalation point for resolving sales support issues
Gather and maintain the marketing database
Enhance positive customer experience & customer satisfaction through timely response to customers inquiries.
Resolves different customer problems and participates in important negotiations with key customers.
Serves as an escalation point for resolving sales support issues.
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, problem solving with a determination to meet the client’s expectations and satisfaction.
Prior experience and exposure in either of the following would be an added advantage: Enterprise Networking products, IT Sales & project management experience
Familiar with CCTV, security system and solution, image processing, computer networks, and sales.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
Candidates that can speak Chinese would be an added advantage.
At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
