Job Description:
  • As part of the Project Management Office for Business Development (BD) Categories, you will enable the rolling out of various performance-enhancing initiatives across all categories in Shopee MY
  • Become the PIC (Person In Charge) for platform-wide initiatives ranging from Campaigns to Seller Programs
  • Establish processes and identify appropriate indicators to monitor performance and progress
  • Draw up project plans and communicate effectively across multiple internal and external stakeholders to align on scope, timelines and expectations
  • Create and improve various internal standard operating procedures across BD Categories
  • Collect and analyze internal and external market data to derive business insights
  • Develop data-backed business strategies and support the business teams in executing the strategies
  • Formulate and facilitate project missions, goals and resource management

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field is required
  • At least 2 years of experience in Project Management or Start-Up industry are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel skills and number-oriented person
  • Diligent, organized and methodological
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Passionate and portray strong interest to join the e-commerce industry
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eagerness to learn
