Job Description

  • Monitoring dedicated queues and assign tickets to appropriate resources for troubleshooting and ticket resolution.
  • Monitoring dedicated queues to ensure SLAs are maintained.
  • Proper assignment of tickets as well as facilitation of resource allocation based on work load
  • Assist in coordinating with customers for project
  • Response to customer emails and follow up end to end
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly report to customer
  • Prepare quotation for customer enquiry
  • Issuance of billing to customer after job had completed
  • Any other task assigned by manage
